Do you have to be a member
to enjoy the lounge or patio?

Visitors/non-members are welcome to enjoy either our lounge or patio. With the goal of maintaining support for our shop, we just have a few requirements:
- A $20 purchase is required per individual before entry.
- No outside cigars.
- No cigar caddies.
Must be 21+ years of age
Lounge/Store Hours

Our lounge and store operate under the same hours of operation:
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 9pm
Friday: 10am - 11pm
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: 11am - 7pm
For visitors/non-members:
- Our retail section is open until closing time, however initial entry into our lounge ends 30 minutes prior to close, in order to give you enough time to enjoy your cigar.
-At times we do remain open for sporting events that run late, we always post on social media ahead of time for these nights. If we did not post, then expect the lounge to close on time.
- Our staff will give you a 15/20 minute heads up when we are near closing time, please respect our staff and their post-work schedules, and leave the lounge by closing time.
**Our Members are granted after hours access to the lounge, and are permitted to remain after closing hours. For more information on memberships click here.

If you regularly shop at Quartermasters, or would do so if your favorite cigar/s were in stock, let us know. Contact us and we will see what we can do.
